I've used Twins Cleaners for carpet cleaning when I moved out of my old apartment. It was fairly easy to set up the appointment and I was pleased with the end result. I had multiple spilled coffee stains and one huge chocolate smoothie stain (thanks to my cat) that was removed and the carpet was spotless! My only complaint is that the carpet cleaner was not on time and was about an hour late, other wise...everything was cool.

The cleaners were supernice, ontime and professional, the backend of the service is together, with confirmations, follow ups, and an earnest willingness to get and keep the business. I will have Twins Cleaners back as often as possible.
Jack R.I'm so relieved to have found Twins Cleaners. We'll be using them on a regular basis from now on. I doubt you will find any better. We've used cleaning services in the past but they usually disappoint. Not these people. They spent 5 hours at our 3 bedroom/2 bath place and it's never been cleaner. We were told 2 hours but admittedly, it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, so they spent more than double that. But it was worth it. They said it would be 2 hours if I call them back more regularly, so I'll report back on that. Very pleased!
